No matter where you are or what time of day it is, Škoda Roadside Assist is available to give you a hand. We're only a call away.
We provide 24-hour roadside assistance, emergency accommodation, car rental and towing as well as property assistance. Our additional benefits include flat batteries, emergency fuel, flat tyres, lost or locked keys, bogged vehicle, taxi and legal or medical advice.
Roadside Assistance under your Škoda Assist or Škoda Service Initiated Roadside Assistance (SIRA) membership is provided by 365 Assistance Pty Ltd ABN 59 160 076 200 trading as ‘365 Assistance’ (‘365’). Whenever you request roadside vehicle assistance under your membership, you will be making that request to 365 Assistance, who will provide the services on the terms and conditions set out below. The terms and conditions contain exclusions and limitations.
How do I locate my VIN?
Your VIN is listed in numerous documents, including your vehicle registration certificate issued by the vehicle registration body in your state or territory, finance statement and/or insurance paperwork. You can also find your VIN at the bottom of your windscreen (as you look into the vehicle from the outside, as shown in the diagram to the left).
Service Initiated Roadside Assistance (SIRA)
If you perform a Scheduled Service for your Škoda at an authorised Škoda dealer, you will receive up to 12 months for petrol and diesel vehicles and up to 24 months for electric vehicles of Service Initiated Roadside Assistance (SIRA) membership commencing from the date of the Scheduled Service.
How it works:
- Every new Škoda (petrol) includes one-year roadside assistance (Škoda Assist), commencing from the new vehicle warranty start date.
- Every new Škoda (electric) includes two-year roadside assistance (Škoda Assist), commencing from the new vehicle warranty start date.
- With every Scheduled Service performed at an authorised Škoda dealer, you will receive up to 12 months for petrol and diesel vehicles and 24 months for electric vehicles of Service Initiated Roadside Assistance (SIRA) membership.
- To be eligible for SIRA, your vehicle must be in a roadworthy condition and have the Škoda standard Scheduled Service performed by an authorised Škoda dealer.
